REQUISITOS DE INGRESO PARA ESTUDIANTES

 

	Descripción
1.	Enrollment form (1 per student). This can be found in the "OPTIONS" tab of the student grade portal.
2.	2x2 picture, copy of birth certificate, copy of social security card,Updated PVAC (Vaccination green form, dental certificate (oral/vision exam required by law to grades 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th).
3.	Official transcript from previous educational institution.
4.	High School students (9th-12th) recommendation letter is required.
5.	***Entrance exam for new students is required. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment.
